Whatever financial expertise you require, it is helpful to know what to expect at every stage. The AEON Charter is a membership arrangement designed to meet the needs of private or corporate clients who require financial advice on an ongoing basis. For a monthly or annual fee, members receive regular pension and investment reviews, a discount on investment charges and specialist financial advice, all without obligation.
There may be occasions when you feel reluctant to approach your adviser because you don’t want to purchase a product; conversely you may feel under pressure to buy a product when you have sought advice. Neither of these scenarios is desirable. Joining AEON’s Charter should ensure that no such obligations or concerns ever arise in the future.
The AEON Service Charter is a membership arrangement designed to meet the needs of private or corporate clients who require financial advice on an ongoing basis. For a monthly or annual fee, members receive regular pension and investment reviews at an agreed frequency.
Under our Charter PLUS contract, no ‘on-going adviser’ charge will be deducted from any new investments and, where possible, all such charges on existing contracts will be cancelled. This means that we offer a fixed price on-going service proposition which can significantly reduce the charges you may currently be subject to*. By making use of this facility you may seriously increase the future value of your policies!
Our service proposition answers many objections and issues that many people have previously experienced with financial advisers, such as:
AEON Charter and Charter PLUS are both designed to mirror your needs, irrespective of whether you are a private or a corporate client.
*Our Charter PLUS scheme is designed to remove any existing ‘trail commission’ from existing investment and pension contracts and any new contracts arranged will not be subject to an ‘on-going adviser charge’. Such charges typically vary from between 0.5%-1% of the current value of investment and pension contracts. For some existing contracts it may not be possible to remove existing ‘trail commission’ and it may be necessary to transfer to a new contract, for which we reserve the right to charge a one-off additional fee. However, this will always be agreed with you beforehand. On some occasions transferring to a new contract may have tax or trust implications, which mean that such a change would be disadvantageous to you-we will tell you if this applies.
Under our ‘no service option’ scheme, a non-refundable research fee is payable in advance to establish whether it is practical and advisable to change any existing contract. The cost of this research is included within the ‘trail buster calculator’.
We reserve the right to alter the pricing of our Charter PLUS scheme from time to time and the calculator takes into account an assumed price increase of 2.5% p.a.
